Return policy
All purchases are final. If a serious incident occurs (defect, shipping damage, or preparation error), Write to us at support@outletbeautyshop.com . We will review your case and, if appropriate, issue a store coupon/voucher for the amount of the affected product (not redeemable for cash).
1) In summary
- Final Purchases: We do not issue cash refunds.
- Serious incidents: manufacturing defect, obvious transport damage or preparation error.
- Compensation: digital coupon for the amount of the affected product (excluding shipping costs).
2) What do we consider a “serious incident”?
- Product defect or manufacturing failure.
- Transport damage (visible breakage/spills upon delivery).
- Error in order preparation (wrong or missing product).
Outlet Note: The outer packaging may show minor marks or seasonal changes; if the interior is in good condition and sealed , it is not considered a defect.
3) Deadlines for reporting
- Transport damage / missing items: 48 hours from delivery.
- Product defects: 14 days from delivery.
4) How to request review
- Write to support@outletbeautyshop.com
- Order number and description of the incident
- Photos/video of the product, packaging and label (if there is transport damage)
- Unused product and sealed when applicable
5) Resolution
- If applicable, we will issue a coupon/voucher for the amount of the affected product .
- Digital voucher, single use , not redeemable for cash.
- Does not cover shipping or service costs .
6) Physical shipments and returns
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If we ask for a physical return: we assume it when it is our error/confirmed defect .
- In other cases, the return cost is borne by the customer.
- If the package is returned due to an incorrect address/absence/non-collection , we may reship it (paying for new shipping) or issue a voucher deducting logistics costs.
7) Not eligible
- Opened, used or unsealed cosmetics.
- Items in contact with skin/lips/eyes with compromised seal .
- Gift cards , vouchers or digital content.
Possible individual reactions depend on each skin type; check ingredients and perform a patch test.
8) Fraud prevention
- We reserve the right to investigate and reject applications with indications of misuse or manipulation.
This policy is without prejudice to any applicable statutory consumer rights .
